Each IMEC equipment Suite contains an initial supply of consumable items needed to operate the equipment immediately upon delivery to its location in the facility. In addition, Shepherds often choose to include additional Medical Supply Suites in their project scope to sustain operation of the facility for a longer period of time. Ultimately, ongoing operation of the facility will require additional quantities of consumable supplies.
IMEC is pleased to offer a supply replenishment program designed to meet the specific needs of the facility, where periodic shipments of Medical Supply Suites can be assembled and shipped from IMEC to the facility based upon equipment usage. The IMEC replenishment program provides standardization and quality assurance for the facility at a cost that leverages IMEC's contracting expertise and volume purchases in support of our projects throughout the world.
In coordination with the Shepherd organization and the facility, IMEC can develop a list of required consumable supplies to operate the project's equipment contained within IMEC Suites. A replenishment requisition form customized to the facility's services and equipment is then created based on the requirements list.
